Canonyx operates this store and sells the products offered here. Shopify provides the ecommerce platform that helps us run the website and process transactions, but your purchase is made directly from Canonyx.

If you create an account, please keep your login details secure and let us know if you suspect unauthorized use.

We take care to present product details, images, dimensions, colours, compatibility, and availability accurately. Small differences can sometimes result from screen settings or reasonable manufacturing updates. Please follow all supplied instructions, safety guidance, voltage requirements, and plug information when using a product. If anything about an item is unclear before purchase, we are happy to help.

4. Orders

After you place an order, we will send a confirmation to acknowledge that we received it. Very occasionally, we may need to correct or cancel an order because of an inventory error, incorrect pricing, payment issue, shipping restriction, or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a refund for the amount charged.

Prices, currencies, taxes, and payment options are shown at checkout. Free shipping covers the standard transportation charge offered by Canonyx. If duties, taxes, or import fees are not shown as included or collected at checkout, local authorities may charge them separately.
